Winner Drawing Date(s): March 1, April 1, May 1, June 3, July 1, August 1, September 1, October 1, November 1, December 2, 2024 and January 1, 2025.

All capitalized terms shall have the meanings set forth above.
How to Enter
1. To enter, log into your “Station Account” located in the upper right corner on any one of the Participating Websites, and click on “Game Center” to play the “Featured Game of the Month” specifically identified on the Game Center page. Participants will need to login to an existing Station Account or register for a Station Account to play and enter. It is free to register for a Station Account. Register for a Station Account by entering your first and last name, email address, and screen name. Existing valid Station Accounts will be automatically eligible and entered into the Contest once the participant logs in and begins playing the Featured Game of the Month. The Featured Game of the Month will change monthly and will be identified at the top of the Game Center page on each Participating Website.
2. The first day during the respective month that a Participant “completely played” the Featured Game of the Month, the Participant will receive one (1) entry eligible for the Monthly First Prize and the Monthly Second Prize drawing for the respective month. Each additional day during the respective month that a Participant “completely played” the “Featured Game of the Month”, the Participant will receive one (1) additional entry valid only for the Monthly First Prize drawing. A Participant will be deemed to have “completely played” the Featured Game of the Month by playing the entire Featured Game of the Month and earning a recorded score. A Participant’s score will not increase his/her chance of winning.
3. Each Participant is limited to only one (1) Station Account from among all of the Participating Websites. A Participant will be disqualified if they are found to have entered the Contest more than once under separate Station Accounts, or on more than one Participating Website.
4. Multiple Participants are not permitted to share the same email address or Station Account. Any attempt by any Participant to obtain more entries by using multiple/different email addresses, Station Accounts, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void such Participant’s plays and such Participant will be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration or play, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register for the Station Account will be deemed to be the Participant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
How to Win
1. On each Monthly Drawing Date, fifteen (15) Monthly Second Prize winners and three (3) Monthly First Prize winners will be selected by random drawing from among all valid entries of Participants who completely played the Featured Game of the Month within the respective month. Remaining valid entries will not carry over to the next Monthly Winner Drawing Date.
2. All potential winners are subject to verification by the Company. A Participant is not a winner of any prize, unless and until Participant’s eligibility has been verified by the Company. Any system or winner selection failure or error which occurs for any reason shall be deemed defective and void.
Eligibility
1. To be eligible to participate in the Contest, Participants must be U.S. residents who are at least the Age of Eligibility, and reside in the Contest Area. Residents and Citizens of the European Union are not eligible to participate, enter or win this Contest.
2. Employees of Sinclair Broadcast Group, LLC, Sinclair Television Group¸ Inc. (collectively, the “Company Entities”), Genius Tech Group Pty Ltd, Sponsor(s), Prize Provider(s), Prize Distributor, contest software providers, SMS providers, social media platforms, local sponsors, each of their parents, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, any and all local television broadcast and cable stations, local radio and other media companies, and the immediate family members of each are ineligible. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, domestic partners, grandparents, parents, siblings, children, grandchildren, and any other relatives who reside in the same household with employee.
Contest Terms and Conditions
1. Company Entities are not responsible for lost, late, garbled, or misdirected entries, printing errors, server unavailability, computer or any other electronic malfunction, incorrect email addresses, or if winner notification is not received. All entries received that are duplicate, mutilated, tampered with, incorrect, illegible, or from ineligible entrants will be void. All entries become the property of the Company Entities and will not be acknowledged or returned.
2. Company Entities cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen entries, prizes or contest information. Company Entities are not responsible for any technological malfunction or human error of any kind relating to the Contest.
3. Prizes are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranty of any kind including warranties of merchantability, non-infringement or intellectual property, or fitness for any particular purpose. Prizes are subject to the Sponsor(s) and/or Prize Distributor’s standard terms and conditions, and expiration dates.
4. Each winner will be notified by email. Before claiming any prize, each winner must provide his/her correct name, address and telephone number to Company at the time of notification. Each winner must sign a release and affidavit of eligibility, which must be received by Company within four (4) days of notification (or less due to prize use time constraints), at the time winner claims his/her prize. Each winner must prove their identity with a valid driver’s license or state-issue ID, either in person or via digital ID Verification to claim his/her prize. Company reserves the right to examine additional identification and may choose to accept or deny awarding any prize based on the identification presented.
5. If a winner cannot be notified within two (2) days, or does not timely sign the release and affidavit of eligibility, then the Prize will be forfeited, and the Prize will be awarded to an alternate winner randomly selected from among remaining valid entries for the respective Prize. If the alternate winner cannot be notified within two (2) days, or does not sign the release and affidavit of eligibility in a timely manner, then the Prize will be forfeited. If an alternate winner’s Prize is forfeited, then, the Prize will remain the property of the Prize Provider.
6. There will be no substitutions or cash alternatives for any prize except at the sole discretion of the Company. The Company has the right to substitute a prize of similar value. No sale, transfer or assignment of any prize is allowed.
7. Each winner is responsible for paying all local, county, state and federal taxes on prizes based on the estimated retail value of the prizes as set forth in these rules. Each winner must sign a W-9 form.
8. Only one Prize will be awarded per household if more than one prize is awarded. Entrants are eligible to win only one prize within any 30-day period, regardless of the number of contests entered.
9. The Company is not liable if the provider of any part of a prize fails to satisfy its obligations to furnish its portion of the prize.
10. The Company Entities, Sponsor(s), Prize Distributor, and Prize Provider(s) accept no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind directly or indirectly caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of any Prize awarded in the Contest. By entering, each Participant agrees to release the Company Entities, Sponsor(s), Prize Provider(s), contest software providers, social media platforms, and each of their respective parent, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents, from any and all claims, loss, damage or injury as a result of or incident to his/her participation in the Contest or his/her use of the Prize. Participants further acknowledge and agree that if a winner, the Company has the right to publicize Participant’s name, character, likeness, photograph, voice and the fact that entrant is a winner of the Contest for promotional purposes, without financial remuneration.
11. Complete Official Rules for the Contest are available on www.gcinteractive.com. For a list of prize winners, send a separate, self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Company at the Company Address within thirty (30) days of the last day of the Contest Period.
12. The Company has the right to disqualify any Participant it determines has not complied with the Contest Rules. All decisions by the Company shall be final and binding relating to this contest, including the
interpretation of the Contest Rules. Company reserves the right to make rules and contest changes and change the contest dates. Company reserves the right to cancel/terminate, modify or suspend the Contest if in Company’s sole determination it believes that the integrity of the Contest has been, or could be, compromised or that the Contest is not capable of running as planned or fairly, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or force majeure or any other causes beyond the Company’s control.
